Office: Everyone wants to know who Diane is.  Well, here she is surrounded by the usual......loads and loads of paperwork, talking to one of the techs on the radio with one hand and writing notes with the other.  The only thing missing?  You probably can't see the telephone ear piece she is using to talk to our customers. She’s dedicated, hard working, has been with us for years, and we love her dearly.  Diane is an invaluable member of our team and just recently celebrated her 16th year with us.

 

Cindy is our office Sentricon termite colony elimination system expert.  She transforms and translates the Service Specialist's scribbling into those beautiful home graphs showing where Sentricon stations have been installed and where the termite are active.   She not only does scheduleing for her technicians, she manages to keep all of the termite customers up to date and regularly transmits termite activity reports to Dow AgroSciences.  She's a tough task master and makes sure we are on time to our customers. Her husband, Rodney, is with the Harris County Constables Precint 5. She has 3 children ages 15, 12, & almost 7. When she is not at the office, she certainly has her hands full at home.

Sarah, our newest staff member is now a Senior at the University of Texas majoring in advertising in the Communications College, so we only get her during holidays and summer. As her father, I think she is having too much fun being away from home, but she makes all A's, so I can't complain. She grew up in the pest control business. She hates bugs but knows a lot about them and is a wonderful customer service representative. During high school, she was on the debate team, student council, and vice president of the Hebrew Club.

 

Aaron, our son, is the man to go to for all our IT work. Not only did he help design our original website a dozen years ago, he now manages our computer network and workstations as well as all the software issues come up from day to day. He is a graduate of Touro College in New York in Mangement Information Systems and is certified in too many software and hardware categories to mention. With a wonderful wife, Hannah, who teaches 2nd grade and two sons, Barbara and I are very proud have to have him on our team.

 

 

Public Relations: My grandson, Nesanel, makes a great public relations director. Just look at his smile and he is only 3 months old. Irresitable! Now he is almost two and his favorite shirt says "Bugs Rule". He loves finding all the "buggies" outside. His mother is, of course, horrified when he brings one inside.

 

Service Specialists  

Anthony has been with us for many years. An Air Force veteran, he has over eleven years experience in pest control and is a Certified Applicator in Pests, Termites, Lawn & Ornamentals, and Weed Control. If you're having a pest problem, he will find it and solve it safely. Married, with four young sons; he loves the outdoors. Congratulations on their newest baby boy born July 17th, Ashton.

 

 

Congratulations are in order for John. He just recently passed his Certified Applicator's exam in Termites and Pests. Hopefully it won't go to his head. He has lots of experience and is meticulous in his work. Customers constantly comment on his professionalism. If he doesn't know the answer to your insect question, he will bring back samples for correct identification.

 

 

Lee, a true Texan, born and raised. He and his wife, Melissa and their four children have lived in Sugar Land for 15 years. He loves fishing, hunting, camping and anything having to do with the outdoors. That's why he enjoys pest control, he gets to spend lots of time outside solving pest problems for our customers.

 

 

 

Dave joined us about two years ago. He and his wife moved down from Nebraska to escape the cold. Loves it in Houston. He was a volunteer Fire Fighter up there and will probably continue here. His wife is a stay at home mom for now taking care of their young daughter.

 

 

Naggai, joined us in 2007 with four years as a Certified Applicator and a high level of dedication to the industry. He brings outstanding focus along with thoroughness to detailing each customer's needs, which in return provide a level of satisfaction from his customers. When not working, he is a dedicated single dad that excels in setting himself as a role model to his 9 year old son. Together, they are involved in numerous outdoor activities where they enjoy target shootin, three and four wheels driving, fishing and are both successful achievers in today's high tech computer and video gaming.

 

Inez joined our Team in 2007 as our Field Supervisor. With over 18 years experience in Residential and Commercial Pest Control, he is a tremendous asset for our customers and our service specialists. He is responsible for Quality Control, assisting our technical staff and helping customers solve difficult problems. He is a stickler for Customer Service and will do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of properly. He and his wife (married 22+ years) have a daughter in Pharmacy school and a 16 year old son almost ready for college. We are very happy to have him as part of our TEAM.

Inspectors

When Troy isn't inspecting your home for current pest threats, you'll probably find him on his motorcycle or the local golf course. Each year in December, he rides Santa Claus into the Harris County Katy Youth Boot Camp. Throughout the year he volunteers to work with kids through his church group. He served in the U.S. Army from 85-89 and he has been in the pest control industry for over 18 years. He is not only an expert at diagnosing pest problems, he follows up with quality control visits to make sure you are satisfied with our service.

 

Although not officially part of our staff, Chloe and Lucy spend almost as much time at the office as they do at home and they are definitely part of the Advanced Pest Control Family. Nothing like an afternoon siesta for a couple of dogs. Everyone loves to play with and pet them; what a tough life for a couple of poodles.
