Everyone wants to know who Diane is.  Well, here she is surrounded by the usual......loads and loads of paperwork, talking to one of the techs on the radio with one hand and writing notes with the other.  The only thing missing?  You probably can't see the telephone ear piece she is using to talk to our customers. She’s dedicated, hard working, has been with us for years, and we love her dearly.  Diane is an invaluable member of the team.

Cindy is our office Sentricon termite colony elimination system expert.  She transforms and translates the Service Specialist's scribbling into those beautiful home graphs showing where Sentricon stations have been installed and where the termite are active.   She not only does scheduleing for three techs and Ami, she manages to keep all of the termite customers up to date and transmits termite activity reports to Dow AgroSciences weekly.  She's a tough task master and makes sure we are on time to our customers. Her husband, Rodney, is with the Fort Bend Sheriff's department. She has 3 children ages 12, 9, & 4. When she is not at the office, she certainly has her hands full at home.

Sarah, our newest staff member is now a Freshman at the University of Texas, so we'll only get her during holidays and summer. As her father, I think she is having too much fun being away from home, but she makes all A's, so I can't complain. She grew up in the pest control business. She hates bugs but knows a lot about them and is a wonderful customer service representative. During high school, she has been on the debate team, student council, and vice president of the Hebrew Club.

Public Relations: The newest addition to our team is Nesanel and I think he will make a great public relations director. Just look at his smile and he is only 3 months old.

Service Specialists  

Anthony has been with us for many years. An Air Force veteran, he has over ten years experience in pest control and is a Certified Applicator in Pests, Termites, Lawn & Ornamentals, and Weed Control. If you're having a pest problem, he will find it and solve it safely. Married, with three young sons; he loves the outdoors. (He is still trying for a girl.)

 

Congratulations are in order for John. He just recently passed his Certified Applicator's exam in Termites and Pests. Hopefully it won't go to his head. He has lots of experience and is meticulous in his work. Customers constantly comment on his professionalism. If he doesn't know the answer to your insect question, he will bring back samples for the correct identification.

 

 

Inez recently joined us in 2007 as our Field Supervisor. With over 17 years experience in Residential and Commercial Pest Control, he will be a tremendous asset for our customers and our service specialists. He will handle everything from Quality Control to helping customers solve difficult problems. He is a stickler for Customer Service and will do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of properly. He and his wife (married 22 years) have a daughter in Pharmacy school and a 16 year old son about ready for college. We are very happy to have him as part of our TEAM.

 

Lee, a true Texan, born and raised. He and his wife, Melissa and their four children have lived in Sugar Land for 15 years. He loves fishing, hunting, camping and anything having to do with the outdoors. That's why he enjoys pest control, he gets to spend lots of time outside solving pest problems for our customers.

 

Mike is not nearly as serious as he looks. He is still serving in the military reserve, so we have to give him up once a month and two weeks during the summer. Loves to play sports with his kids. He and his wife have four kids ages 11, 10, 5, and the baby is 3.

 

Inspectors

When Troy isn't inspecting your home for current pest threats, you'll probably find him on his motorcycle or the local golf course. Each year in December, he rides Santa Claus into the Harris County Katy Youth Boot Camp. Throughout the year he volunteers to work with kids through his church group. He served in the U.S. Army from 85-89 and he has been in the pest control industry for over 17 years. He is not only an expert at diagnosing pest problems, he follows up with quality control visits to make sure you are satisfied with our service.
